Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) is the Trans-Pacific Strategic EconomicPartnership Agreement evolved, originally initiated by New Zealand, Singapore, Chileand Brunei, and entered into force in2006. United States, Australia, Peru, Vietnam,Canada, Mexico, Japan, Korea and other nine countries have joined the subsequentnegotiations. TPP is called “high-quality,21st Century" agreement, which includes notonly goods, services, investment and trade, as well as intellectual property rights,government procurement, labor, environment, management and SMEs and other content.United States to actively implement the strategy in the Asia Pacific region TPP, the mainpurpose is to establish a U.S. interests in the Asia Pacific free trade area, to create anddominate the region’s future trade rules, the implementation of American values, andultimately achieve dominance in future trade rules.TPP member countries accounted for40%of global GDP,50percent of world trade,30%of global foreign direct investment, the future will bring is bound to affect Chinacannot be ignored. This paper analyzes the current situation and the attitude of the TPPcountries concerned to draw: TPP Member States to join the negotiations to considerdifferent, because the negotiations concerning the field of multiple other reasons, iscurrently experiencing some difficulties and obstacles, TPP prospects for the future isdifficult to predict. Since China has already established with the majority of memberstates TPP trade relationship, directly or indirectly, this paper also focused on the analysismight give a negative impact on China TPP and bring a positive impact. China as theworld’s second largest economy, should actively research and analysis of issues and TPPnegotiation process to prepare for the next relevant decisions.
