Robbery is an important criminal offense property crime in our country.In ourcountry’s criminal law theory for existence of robbery crime of the controversy is not havepowerful and unified view.The legislative and judicial interpretation of certain conflictsalso exist on the provisions of robbery crime. There are fuzzy zone between robbery andother similar charges.It also influence on the robbery conviction and sentencing practice.Further research on the relevant problems of robbery crime is helpful to the correctconviction and sentencing in judicial practice. The definition and types of violence ofrobbery crime are analyzed and discussed, and the distinction of violence and robbery inperson when the crime to do a comparative study, and puts forward the method ofdistinguish between two kinds of similar charges.Chapter Five:Coercion in robbery crime.Research the nature of the crime of robbery stress way.Analysis and research the stress on whether different ways of coercion inrobbery.
