| As the country developed, the property-right estate was brought from abroad.Itis a mode which ownership and power of management always owned by differentowners.At first, Because it can promote the development of local economy, localmanagement departments often have the attitude to support it’s development.I want to give the property-right estate a clear definition through this thesis, Iwant to clear up the property-right estate ‘s registration of legal problems and toclear up the complex legal relations between the developers, investors and theoperators.
