As an important part of contemporary financial system, Internet finance plays amore and more important role. The safety of Internet finance is closely related to thestability of countries’ finance and economy. This thesis starts with the currentlypopular online financial product,"Yu’ebao", trying to study the historical changes ofChinese laws and regulations related to finance and the development of the Internetfinance related legislation in developed nations such as Germany and America. This isto give some points about law making, especially the laws related to Internet financialmarket access in the new era. This essay includes the following parts:The first part shows the regulatory pressures faced by Internet finance throughthe reveal of recent regulatory trend. Compliance analysis of "Yu’ebao"(an onlinefinancial product created by "Alipay") discloses the regulatory problems standing infront of regulatory agencies. It shows reality significance of this paper.The second part describes the content and main risks of Internet finance, andthen makes detailed analysis of the risks confronted by "Third-party payment ". Riskrevealing is to pave the way for the later countermeasures.The third part shows the current status of the Internet finance supervision inChina、Germany and America. It aims at providing some reference ideas by contrast.The fourth part proposes the establishment of Internet finance access system onthe basis of the above study. It analyzes the reasons to set up an access system andsystems could be referred to (Registration System and Approving System), andinitially proposes the framework of access system.The fifth part overviews and summarizes the above context.
