| Kenya Hara is an international design master of Japan. As an outstanding representative of Japanese designer, Master Kenya Hara revealed sufficiently his localize aesthetics consciousness via his works. In Master Kenya Hara’s own works, people can comprehended the aesthetic sense of Japanese localization such as the view of nature, Zen, life defamiliarization and so on. The aesthetic sense in Master Kenya Hara’s works is deeply loved by people and designers. In addition, many applications based on the aesthetic sense of localization are received sought after and learned.This paper analyzed and elaborated the background of design development in Japan and Master Kenya Hara’s works. Meanwhile this paper discussed the effect and revelation of the aesthetic sense based on Master Kenya Hara’s works. This paper adopts many methods to complete this paper efficiently, such as the literature survey, cases study, generalizations and so on. There are four main parts in this paper: the first chapter is introduction. The second chapter is Kenya Hara and Japanese localization aesthetics. This chapter introduces Japanese localization aesthetics and elaborated the evolution of thinking pattern based on local design. Moreover, the second chapter traced the source of Master Kenya Hara’s aesthetic consciousness. The third chapter analyzed and elaborated the localize aesthetics consciousness based on the concepts of “Hapticâ€, “White†and “Empty†via Kenya Hara’s works. The fourth chapter is the effect and revelation of the aesthetic sense based on the localize aesthetics consciousness of Kenya Hara. Finally, we concluded this paper via the analysis of the above chapters and introduced the research results. |
