| Canada National Arts Centre is recognized as the highest level of performing arts center in Canada,the biggest bilingual arts organization in North America and the international platform for performing arts. This thesis bases on the internal materialã€local newsã€interviewsã€operational data and the authentic and rich historical material from the research of the local and broad scholar,studying the operational track o almost fifty years history of NAC, focusing on the interpretation of the periods of the lost and reforming of NAC organizational social relationship.Depending on that studying try to get the developmental method of the interactional relationship between NAC and the authority:administrative relationship to social contract。Then,depending on the research results from the second and third chapters of this thesis, I come up with the judgment that the method of social contract is a positive circle between the authority and arts organization. This is opening and health cooperation system to back up for the modern update for arts organization by arts policy and social network.This thesis mainly adopts the literature research, combining the theory of role set research tools, set up the lost and reforming roles centered analysis framework, through the historical research method and comparative research methods, sorts out three important periods represents the roles transition of NAC, to examine how to get the win-win organic relationship between arts organization and the authority. |
