This study of Kant’s philosophy of religion focuses on two aspects: one is to explore the relationship between kant’s philosophy and the tradition of philosophy; The second is to combine Kant’s thought of religion with the context of his era, given its significance.According to the purpose of this paper, the structure is divided into two independent parts: the first part discusses the theoretical core of Kant’s philosophy which concerns to the religious idea of God;The second part is to explore relationship between the problem of Radical Evil in Kant’s philosophy of religion and the context of Kant’s era. In addition, in order to make the structure complete, we inserts a short chapter into these two parts. The exploration is carried on by the statement of the process of the logical development which is about the concept of God interpreted by Kant. It begins with the discovery of the theological aim in Kant’s early works. And according to this aim,he had developped the cocept of God rationally. However after the strict critique, the concept of God had beed reduced to a idea which had no essential meanings. But now in the practical philosophy of Kant, this cocept has been rebuilt through the concept of autonomy although it’s just a postulation. In final this cocept has been connectted with the concept of being-it-self again. In a brief transition, wo focus on finding the context in which Kant rebuilt the Concept of God.The brief transition will help us understand the problem of Radical Evil in Kant’s Religion within the Bounds of Bare Reason.First of all, in this chapter, we will discuss the logical structure through the text. And then,we will try to understand this structure in the context of the Enlightment. This understanding is based on the grounds of radical evil. And finally we will use the relative concepts in Kant’s philosophy of religion to justify the freedom against the objection which is generated from the difficulty of the Enlightment itself.
