Non-verbal behavior has an important position in communication. And in the second language teaching, more and more teachers found that the importance of non-verbal behavior. The use of non-verbal behavior aided that teaching Chinese as a foreign language, it can improve teaching effectiveness and efficiency.In this paper, take the teaching Chinese as a foreign language in Thailand as example, the paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire, the method of data analysis and the method of induction, Chinese teachers and the local students in all ages participate in the investigation. And gather the mainly non-verbal behavior and the problems in the classroom teaching.In statistical data, classification and analysis after, sum up non-verbal behavior in the favor of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, give advice to the Chinese teachers and units. Try my best to improve the quality of teaching Chinese.The article is divided into four parts:The first part mainly elaborates the significance of this study, the aims of the research and research methods. The second part mainly elaborates to analyze in non-verbal behavior, and summarized present situation of the non-verbal behavior at home and abroad. It points out the deficiencies of the existing study. In the third part, issue the questionnaires to students and teachers, and analyze the collect data. The last part on the basis of these research, analyze the non-verbal behavior in the favor of teaching Chinese as a foreign language from body language, paralanguage and object language. In the mean time, give advice to the Chinese teachers who teaching Chinese as a foreign language in overseas. Finally, do the summary and the filings to the paper.
