Tse-tong Mao, Talks on Art and Literature at the Yan’an Forum (hereinafter referred to as Talks) is one of complete system and the most profound literary influence in Marxist-Leninist theory of the text since the Anti-Japanese War. It pointed out the direction for the development of China’s revolutionary literary movement, it has deep impact on the development of Chinese literature and it’s a milestone in the history of literature.This paper discusses the impact of Talks of Shaanxi painting industry. The first part is the introduction. The purposes of writing, ideas and research are from proposed background, content, and other aspects of research methods and innovations. The first chapter introduces the background, the main content and the impact of the literary and art circles of Talks, especially art world; The second chapter, Talks spiritual practitioner-Cai Liang. It focuses on the impact of the Talks on Cai Liang. Cai Liang is an outstanding representative in Shaanxi painting industry from the fifties to seventies of the twentieth century. Also he is a model on the Talks practice at the same time. He has a large number of paintings with wide themes and high level. His paintings have representative and great influence in the country. First I introduce his Shaanxi revolutionary historical themes and custom style theme works; also I analyze the characteristics of these two types of work. Then from four sides to describe, the first is abided by the social responsibility of the artist. The second is his solid basic skills of drawing. The third is to establish a deep emotion with northern Shaanxi farmer. It performs the deep emotional in his works. The four:his works with the stronger folk styles and other four sides to study the impact Talks sprite on Cai Liang. The third chapter is the new era of Talks sprite explorer-Guo Beiping. Shaanxi is a cultural province, but also Talks location. The natural Talks spirit has deep influence in Shaanxi. According to the oil painting,first the personal experience in Yan’an of Wang Zhanfeiã€Wu Dezu, with their own works to interpretation of the Talks. Cai Liang,Zhang Zini,Kan Beixin,Huang Naiyuan and so on inheritance Talks sprits, they praise the party, motherland, people with their own works.
