This paper argued mainly on the evolution trends of the Yushi bureaucratic system during the Han Dynasty, mainly including YuShiDafu and YuShiZhongcheng. First and foremost, we made a distinction between YuShiDafu and YuShiZhongcheng from the perspective of the political space. YuShiDafu situated in the " palace " and YuShiZhongcheng located in the " house ". Theirs evolution order and degree are exactly consistent with the internal and external political space layout,and borrow Western architectual ethics illustrates its special political implicationg.Secondly, we discussed the officials attribute and evolution process of YuShiDafu and YuShiZhongcheng. we believed that the YuShiDafu was an important member of the Inner Court in the early Han Dynasty ", the establishment of Inner Court and the regental of HuoGuang gradually forced the YuShiDafu’evolution. By analyzing the division and cooperation mechanism of YuShiDafu and YuShiZhongcheng in the field of secretarial functions, we claimed that the Yushi belong to the " emperor’s official" and YuShiZhongcheng similar to the chief of civil servant system in the early Han Dynasty. Finally, we reproduced the evolution process of the Yushi bureaucratic system from the views of secretarial functions, including checking or interception and transmission,the secretarial functions of Yushi bureaucratic system mergered by secretarial system,eventually established the bureaucratic of "Although appoint the three councillors of state,things go cabinet" during the Eastern Han Dynasty.
