Since the new period, many Chinese films have made camera aim at the road, inorder to narrate Chinese travel experience for the story mode, and to express feelingsby the role’s behavior, physiological and mental statement of Chinese in the travelstories. In the view of this phenomenon, this paper proposes the concept of "Walking"narration in a creative way, generally speaking,"Walking" narration is focused onadjusting to new times, and in the travel what ones sees and hears as main point, toexamine the current status of society and values and believes of people. The moreimportant point is that "Walking" narration makes the seemingly ordinary movie plotwith the aesthetic significance of defamiliarisation.According to research of Chinese film "Walking" narration since the new period,this article summarized their common features and characteristics through concreteanalysis "Walking" narration films over the past thirty years, in order to try to enrichthe theory of "Working" narrative content. This paper is divided into four parts. In thefirst part, it described the concept and aesthetic connotation of Chinese mainland film"Walking" narration in the new era. At first, it combed relative theoretic concept of"Walking" narrative, and then expounded the aesthetic connotation of "Walking"narration in four aspects which include "Walking" narration with social relationship,nature relationship, itself relationship, and others relationship. In the second part, itdescribed the characteristics of Chinese film of "Walking" narration. There are threeaspects to discuss and analyze "Walking" narration in this part, which includerecalling the past and stopping to remember, returning to hometown, and rethinkingand growth of the spiritual journey. After that this article combined with relative videoshows to show the theme of "Walking" narrative. In the third part, the paper discussedcharacteristics of Chinese mainland film "Walking" narration. This chapter alsoprovided some relevant films as examples to analyze. Through three aspects whichinclude non-coherence narrative structure, non plot narrative and non closed end, thispaper analyzed the narrative features of "Walking" narration. In the fourth part, itdescribed problems and countermeasures of Chinese mainland film "Walking" narration. Based on the current lack of "Walking" narration, finding relevantdisadvantages is helpful to explore the significance of "Walking" narration in Chinesemovie circle as well as Chinese theoretical and cultural circle.
