In order to research white-collar’s the Fear Of Success, occupational well-being and the correlation of the two, this article measured 234 working staff with Hua Yuejuan’s "The Success of Fear" scale and adaptations of Miao Yuan jiang’s "Multiple Happiness Questionnaire", found that:(1)The working staff has the fear of success, but because of the characteristic of the modern society, there is no gender difference.(2)Different education level affects the fear of success significantly. With the increase of education level comes with, higher fear of success. College’fear of success exists significant difference with bachelors’ and the above.(3)Education level, marital status, age, seniority will affect professional well-being with significant differences.(4)Professional well-being and the fear of success have significant negative correlation between dimensions and total.(5)Personality growth dimension and the health concerns dimension in the professional well-being questionnaire can predict the fear of success negatively.
