The idea of "humans are born to be guilty" largely affects Dostoevsky’s articles, by which he clearly show the humans’ devil and the God’s redemption on humans.Although the reality of life is "full of tears", Dostoevsky did not escape from the issue of suffering. The value of suffering is to show people the living troubles hiding in the surface of living, to show the individual’s voice to the countless Gods, by which individuals could feel the existence of Gods and realize the final redemption. The feature of "commonality" in the eastern orthodoxy’s culture largely affected Dostoevsky’s understanding of the guilty. Due to the commonality of the guilty, Russians call the criminals "the unfortunates". As a religious populist, Dostoevsky uses the viewpoint of freedom of the eastern orthodoxy to criticize the viewpoint of environmental determinism and the will to power. He would revolt against the viewpoint of speculative rational to get freedom and faith for people. By analyzing the idea of "universal love" by the viewpoint of wertphanonfenologie, we could reexamine the bourgeois values prevailed in modern time.
