Our country design domain pay more attention to the topic which is modern and the tradition, the inheritance and the innovation. Due to the influence of foreign theories and our modern graphic design aesthetic and value concept has not only traditional local ethnic color, also more or less by the Western foreign influences. And then cause the concrete design of the work gradually faded the national personality and local characteristics. So how in modern graphic design maintain and carry forward our country not only some of the nation’s artistic characteristics and organic integration into the western aesthetic elements, in order to build a more abundant and diversified graphic design system, which is placed in our contemporary designers before an important task and mission, but also can not avoid a topic.This thesis is about the research on the new national graphic design issues. Firstly, this thesis combs the research status of the subject, and then has some theoretical background for the research.. Secondly, from the 4 aspects of the form, pattern, color and connotation, the characteristics of the traditional national pattern and the modern pattern are analyzed successively.. Again, this paper analysis the definition of the new national graphic, the topic overview and analysis of several common new national graphic design method, mainly introduces the basic shape of the mutation and to construct the decomposition and change, scattered reconstruction, special-shaped isomorphism and replacement.Finally, this thesis dances as an example, the design and analysis of new national graphics. Due to the Mongol stringed instrument is not only the Mongolian ethnic music culture representative. At the same time, it in the appearance of design is also integrated into the local people noble religion, history, culture and aesthetics, which include the profound and diversified in Mongolia connotation. This paper traces Matouqin graphics source, dances and graphic shape semantics, emotional semantic forms, social significance and ritual life significance content analysis. So as to lay the foundation for the research related issues..
