We shoud have a new understanding for arts education trends in personneltraining, should strengthen the awareness of education reform and innovation, needsolve the awareness training model of innovation and reform in the traditional formof teaching ideas, need solve the traditional teaching training model isincompatible with the concept of innovative education issues under the conceptformation. Artistic education system, teaching mode and status of the developmentof the cultural system do not fit each other in the planned economy era decades.Previously, art colleges from admissions, examinations, training purposes,curricula, teaching programs, and graduates have a uniform distribution plan, theobject is to train highly professional artistic talents, the idea of forming a heavysense of professionalism, light culture re-skill, light theory, ignoring thecreative arts education for students. Teaching professional narrower coverage,this teaching system and the professional teaching method is relatively closed,making the knowledge and skills of personnel structure too single, one-sided, lackcomprehensive knowledge, interdisciplinary knowledge, and talent demand far apart,can not fully meet employment needs of the market economy, making increasinglysevere employment situation of graduates, although some superficial ideas, butfailed to deeply explore and actively implemented.Today is economic and information society, so we encounter much more newchallenges for arts education, but also provides some new opportunities, vocationalarts education to face the challenges and opportunities that should be made moretimely and effective response, in order to play its rightful role in society.Therefore, we need to take effective measures to further deepen the reform ofvocational teaching art institutions, improve the ability and level of personneltraining, in accordance with the requirements of market-oriented, to better meetthe needs of social development of innovative artistic talents. Further strengthenthe system, with the reform to move forward to resolve the contradictions anddifficulties, make the educational reform breakthrough progress, and constantlyenhance the vigor and vitality of professional art school.With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the rapid development ofthe market economy, people’s living standards improve, the arts and culture israpidly transforming towards the diverse needs of the community from the “prueprofessional” in the field of art in the traditiongal sense. Vocational schoolsto develop, we must continue to reform and efforts to adapt to market demand, justto grasp the professional art education market, learn from the successfulexperience of others, a clear understand ourselves lack of professional art theoryto construct a reasonable system of education and training model.
