The priming of money studies have shown that remind concept of money would aroused the self-sufficiency of individual and induced two motivations which are autonomous motivation interpersonal insensitivity motivation. With autonomous motivation, the individual did not want to help others and accepted the help of others; with interpersonal insensitivity motivation, the individual would like stay by oneself and keep a certain distance with others(Vohs, Mead, & Goode, 2006, 2008).Studies have also found that remind of money can alter social distress and physical pain when people suffered social reject and physical trauma, compared with no money priming individual(Zhou, Vohs, & Baumeister, 2009). In addition, a large number of studies have shown that in a group environment, people were often forced by pressure or other factors and made the choice of the herd, because they would felt very painful if they did not follow the group’s point of view. In view of this, it is a question that remind the concept of money is able to evoke self-sufficient state of individual and to make one feel less pain and pressure sensation when they did not follow with group choice. It has been found that under conditions of anonymity, the concept of money priming can reduce the impact of the authority individual and induce individuals’ reactance behavior to authority’s recommence(Liu, Smeesters, & Vohs, 2012). However, the influence of group is much larger than the individual’s influence, and openly opposing views than anonymous opposed will to the need for greater courage. Therefore, in order to verify whether the money priming individual in a group environment still get less groups’ affection, there are researchers use Asch paradigm to do a further research(Shi, Zeng, Wang, Chen, & Liu, 2013). The results have shown that when group provided the wrong answer, remind money did not evoke reactance effect, there is no significant difference between study group and control group on conformity, the results which oppose to it’s hypothesis.Based on these studies, we used count methods to manipulate the money, combined with the social impact researches’ design, try to explore the money priming individuals’ response under conditions of anonymity and public conditions. First, in order to test the effectiveness of the money priming paradigm, we have conducted a pre-experiment which replicated Zhou et al(2009) money analgesic experiments. In experiment 1, we used "Software selection experiment" to explore whether the money priming individuals in the anonymity of the group showing the reactance response, and refused to accept the recommendation of group. In experiment 2, we used classic "conform experiment" to explore the money primed individuals in an opening condition whether showed indifference reaction and tended to stick to their choice, no matter which choice the group chose.Through statistical analysis, get the following findings:(1) The money Priming effect is significant, compared with the counting paper group, individuals counted money felt less painful when their fingers immersed in hot water.(2) The money priming individuals under anonymous condition showed reactance response, individuals in money primed condition were more inclined to reject the proposed software and selected the non-recommended software; in non-priming condition, individuals are more inclined to accept the recommendations and less select the non-recommended software.(3) The money priming individuals under anonymous condition showed indifference reaction, compared with the non-priming individuals, remind of money can make individuals show significant less conformity and more inclined to stick to their choice, and no matter what choice the group gave.(4) In conformity experiment, the money priming individuals felt less worry to be different to groups and less oppressive and exclusive sense when the choice of subjects and groups were not same.
