"Du Feng Yi Ping" which was written by Junen Dai in the late Ming Dynasty is one of literary interpretations of the Book of Songs. "Du Feng Yi Bu" which was written by Jikui Chen was written on the basis of "Du Feng Yi Ping". The two books are all very important works in the literary interpretation history of the Book of Songs. This paper is from the same and the different aspects of the two books to compare the two studies. First, investigate the writing process of two books in social background, academic background, author biography, writing process and so on. Second, compare the commentary of the manner and content. We can see the same and the different comment style, comment feature, comment content of the two books. Third, from the theoretical point of poetry, I made the deeper contrast in the solution poetry position and the grid method theory. Last, analyze the impact of the two books for the future research of the Book of Songs. Whether the future influence of the annotation or the interpretation of the Book of Songs, we can see the important meaning and value of the two books.
