Learning burnout refers to the students have no interest in learning, or lack of motivation, but have to, will feel tired, fatigue, depression and setbacks, resulting in a series of inappropriate behavior to avoid learning.In the factors that affect college students learning burnout, external factors are the school education teaching mode, the school learning atmosphere and social factors, internal factors are the individual attitude towards the learning, learning motivation, learning methods and so on, this article discusses college students learning motivation and attribution way of learning burnout. Learning motivation refers to directly promote students to study a kind of internal power, is a need to motivate and guide students to learn. Attribution way, refers to the individual on the basis of past experience and the current expectations, for different events or actions in a similar propensity to make reason reasoning or habitual way.This study choose the college students of southwest university as the research object, discusses college students learning burnout, the relationship between learning motivation and attribution.By stratified sampling method as lump, to study the 500 college students of freshman,sophomore, junior and senior,a total of 500 questionnaires, recycling 454 effective questionnaire, the effective recovery rate is about 90.8%.The research tools are Xi-ting Huang’<the questionnaire of college students’ learning motivation>,Li-Xian Yang’<the questionnaire of college students’ learning burnout> and Li-min Yuan’<the questionnaire of college students’ attribution>.SPSS16.0 is used for descriptive statistics analysis, variance analysis and related analysis and so on.The following conclusions of the study are:The first:Attribution plays partial intermediary role between learning motivation and learning burnout,the main performance are:Attribution plays partial intermediary role between learning motivation and depression,and plays partial intermediary role between motivation and misconduct.The second:There are significant correlation between learning motivation,attribution and learning burnout,the main performance are:In addition to the two dimensions of learning motivation, learning and progress, and social orientation) and learning burnout of three dimensions (depression, misconduct and low sense of achievement) negative correlation, the rest of the four dimensions of learning motivation and the three dimensions of learning burnout are related.In addition to the two dimensions of learning motivation(the pursuit of knowledge and social orientation) are negative related to the two dimensions of attribution(persistence and unity), the rest of dimensions are positive correlation;The three dimensions of Attribution are positive related to the two dimensions of learning burnout(low mood and misconduct), and are not associated with low sense of achievement.The third:On the learning burnout variables,the college students of southwest university exsit on different degree of difference in different demographic variables,the main performance are:In the gender variable,there are significant differences of male and female college students in depression, misconduct and achievement,the average of male college students’ learning burnout score higher than the female college students;On professional variables, different professional college students in the learning burnout significant differences on the three dimensions of the science and engineering college students learning burnout of average score higher than liberal arts college students’learning burnout:On whether the one-child variables, in low spirits dimensions, male college students learning burnout of female college students learning burnout score higher than average, significant differences between the two. Local variables in the family, on the dimension of depression, low sense of achievement, male college students learning burnout of female college students learning burnout score higher than average, significant differences between the two.In the family local variables,on the dimension of depression,low sense of achievement,the average of male college students score higher than female students,there are significant difference between them;On the grade variables,there are significant difference of different grade in learning burnout’ three dimensions,and the difference among freshman and sophomore, junior, senior.The fourth:On the learning motivation variables,there are different degrees of differences of college students of Southwest university in demographic variables,the main performance are:On the gender variable,on the social orientation,the fear of failure and the small group orientation,the average of male students’score significantly lower than female college students’,on the personal accomplishment dimension,the average of male students’ score significantly higher than the female college students’;On professional variables,on the enterprise knowledge and social orientation,the average of male students’ score significantly higher than the female college students’;On whether the one-child variables,in the fear of failure,the average of male students score higher than female college students;In the family local variables,on the personal achievement,the average of male college students score lower than female college students,on the small group orientation,the average of male college students score higher than female college students;On the grade variables,a significant difference is found in the pursuit of knowledge, the pursuit of material and personal achievement,and a significant difference is found in freshman and sophomore,junior,senior.there are significant differences in small group orientation,and significant difference exists among freshman and sophomore,junior and senior.The fifth:On the attribution way variables,there exist different degrees of differences of college students of Southwest university in different demographic variables,the main performance are:On the variables of gender,in the sexual and overall dimensions,the average of male college students score higher than female college students;On the major variables,on the dimension of persistence,the average of science and engineering college students score higher than literature and history college students,on the overall dimensions,the average of science and engineering college students score lower than literature and history college students;In the family local variables,on the overall dimensions,the average of urban college students score higher than rural college students;In grade variables,in sexual and persistence dimensions,the are significant differences among senior and freshman,sophomore,junior.
