In recent years, under the background of social transformation and a series ofeconomic transition in China, the enrollment system change, young people’spsychological question also gradually increase, the mental health education ofteenagers attention.High school teachers on the one hand, under the fiercecompetition and strive to improve the quality of teaching, on the other hand, had totry to adjust the attitude of students to the best state in the college entranceexamination under high pressure,"fish" and "bear’s paw" can have both?Look at thesecondary vocational school students’ overall quality, decline, teachers in thinkingabout how to make students adapt to the market at the same time, have to spend moreenergy on solving bad learning behavior of students...... New problems appear in thenew social context, we need to find better ways to solve.With the birth of positivepsychology, a new vision--"the strengths perspective" the minds of young peopleinto a new air as we explore. Resilience is the core of the strengths perspective, theresilience of the affected positive psychology and science of prevention, the ultimatepurpose of exploring the source of power is the individual existence and growth, theadversity minimize negative effects on individual, the individual adaptation andgrowth maximization.This paper takes the high school classes of students andvocational students as the research object, using literature method, questionnairemethod, comparative method of investigation and analysis of their coping style, thelevel of resilience, related factors of resilience formation, related and the relationshipbetween resilience and coping style, approach to school improvement of resilience.See through this study:(1) the university entrance exam, students and secondaryvocational school students are in a certain frustration situation, their coping styles aredifferent, despite the existence of gender, nationality, whether only child, urban andrural areas and other factors vary, but most can actively using solving problem,seeking help ways of coping with stress in your life event.(2) resilience in thestudents themselves, can reasonably be excited. The school can create a goodatmosphere to improve students’ resilience level.(3) different student resilience level, relationship between parents and students in good economic condition under thehigher level of resilience. The factors of family harmony is the main factor forforming students’ good resilience.(4) negative resilience can be inducedtransformation. In view of the medium resilience level students of school mentalhealth education, pay attention to the transformation of negative resistance.(5) highschool students and secondary vocational school students’ coping styles and resilience,mature coping style and resilience are positively correlated; and immature copingstyle is negatively correlated with resilience level.In the strengths perspective, linkedthrough the home school, pay attention to students’ individual psychology, on thepositive, scientific, reasonable support, helps students to form mature coping style, soas to enhance the resilience level.Based on the scale analysis process: in particular we seat for the ethnic minorityareas, focusing on ethnic factors were analyzed; on the university entrance examstudents, vocational school students’ coping styles and resilience to do the research ondifference; weak resilience and resilience of the negative experience of deepunderstanding, and recognize the secondary vocational schools should and can beimproved in the process of students in education.
