The Chinese traditional ritual is a very important part oftraditional folk culture but, the ritual which based on the Zhou dynastywedding had been shaken since the so–called wedding of westerncivilization appeared in China at the end of Qing dynasty. And the partof marriage is definitely the most obvious part to be shaken. Especiallythe founding of the People Republic of China, it had led to a radicalchanging of Chinese traditional wedding ritual. Until today, the couplewho wants to choose the Western wedding as the way the get married hadalready been very popular.Even if the couple choose the element of the Western wedding not assame as each other in consequence of the variety of geographicalenvironment、the difference of economic conditions、the difference ofeducation level and so on. But we have to admit that the element of Chinesetraditional wedding has been kept less and less day by day. In addition,there are some bad phenomenon creep into contemporary Chinese wedding,such as waste too much money、the processes are too fast、the attitudeto the marriage is not serious and so on. These problem will be solvedby us someday.As one of the earliest open provinces, Liaoning definitely has thisproblem. As a native of Liaoning province, I hope and try my best to rebuilda modern wedding which is full of feature of Chinese traditional and northof Liaoning. Of course, the ultimate goal is not only the hope of Chinesetraditional ritual’s rebuild, but also a chance to promote people’sawareness of traditional culture protection.
