The introduction of digital technology not only enriched its’ artistic expression, but also laid the basis for its’sustainable development in the new era.By introducing the application of digital technology in all stages, combining with the art language features of stop-motion animation, the sublimation of it brought by digital technology is deeply analyzed and summarized. First, the digital filming and spreading further enhances the character of stop-motion animation. Second, the use of digital technology optimizes the story-telling process, establishes a good basis for filming. Third, the application of digital technology improves the technology to make a more realistic and vivid mini-world. Fourth, digital technology enhances the creative space for animators and enriches the visual effects of their work.
