Purpose:This experiment focus on monitoring and analyzing neural activity pattern in Hippocampus CA1zone and anterior cingulate cortex during Non-rapid eye movement sleep (NREM) in spontaneous reactivation. Method:By applying multi-channel neuron spiking recording technology, the spike train and LTP pattern of GA1and anterior cingulate cortex were recorded during baseline sleep session, learning session and co-recording session. Result:Anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) and Hippocampus CA1zone took part in reactivation during Non-rapid eye movement sleep together; Before mastering the task, Hippocampus CA1prefer to reactivate the correct trial no matter in SPWR or spindle. Meanwhile, anterior cingulate cortex tend to reactivate the false trials and has higher reactivation strength during award anticipation and award acquire session; the reactivation stop one the tasks being mastered by animals. Conclusion:anterior cingulate cortex and hippocampus both join in reactivation during NREM; Hippocampus initiate the reactivation process in NREM; the reactivation strength become lower as rats’ performance went better; Hippocampus has different preference with ACC during reactivation in NREM.
