A Study Of Zhuangzi 's Thought Of Health Preservation From The Perspective Of Ecological Aesthetics

Ecological aesthetics as a new form of aesthetic theory,originated from the people’anxiety about their survival state, which gave birth to health culture long long ago. Among the health culture, Zhuangzi health idea is a considerable theoretical system that has a great influence.Based on this affinity, examining the Zhuangzi health ideas from the perspective of ecological aesthetic contemplation sight, can not only benefit the village school and health cultural studies, but also enrich the theory of ecological aesthetic resources. Besides, it can provide contemporary wisdom for people to resolve the tension between man and nature. This thesis will study the two core concepts in namely,"Dasheng" and "health care thought" from the perspective of eco logical aesthetics of contemplation. This thesis includes six parts:Chapter one serves as the Introduction. It describes the reasons and the significance of this thesis, analyzes the current research background of Zhuangzi health ideas, and the research methods and innovation.Chapter two is the Ecological aesthetics and health. First, it describes the basic philosophy support of ecological aesthetics, the study object, the research methods and the basic category. Then it introduces the traditional Chinese theories of health and its principles.Third, it points out that there exists the unity of three dimensions between eco-aesthetics and health., namely, the commonality of philosophical tone, the coincidence in the required field and the onsistency of the highest level.Chapter three is mainly about Taoism. Mainly discuss the characteristics of the Taoism and the Taoism of Zhuangzi and Heidegger’s "being" convergence.Chapter four mainly describes Dasheng. It elaborates the two practicing martial arts---"Shinsaibashi" and "Oblivion". It also points out that "You" has triple meaning, which are "swim body","Journey", and "Road Tour". It states that "tour" is Zhuangzi’s way of life aesthetic, and discusses man’s progress from "not at home" to "old country home".Chapter five mainly describes health. It clarifies that the "health of the Classics"and fulfills the opposite direction by a defensive one, and then detached from the outside stakes by Emptiness and compounds, so that the real life can return to the natural state. Besides, it compared the Emptiness with the heart of the "thinking" and thinks that materialization is the conscious renunciation of anthropocentric ism.Finally, the conclusion, in the vision of ecological aesthetics, create reached in the "Taoism" based on the ontological realm of Zhuangzi health, and that is for the "old country home" quest, in this homeland among the apparent existence of truth open, who was in the true state of the nature.
