The rhythm is a very important element for music. In a music activity, no forms can stay independent if broken away from the rhythm. However, the studies on music elements are always focused on pitch, melody and harmony. There are fewer works or articles prying into the whole music activity in the perspective of rhythm. This article analyzes the rhythm combined with the knowledge of musicology, physiology, music aesthetics and psychology in the perspective of rhythm through the exploration of the basic elements of rhythm, the subjective experience process and exercising issues.
