Frederic Chopin was a great Polish pianist and composer. He played an important role in western history. Almost all of his compositions are piano works, and "barcarolle in F sharp major, Op.60" is the only work of his large-scale works in barcarolle genre."Barcarolle" which has a special rhythm is a very highly lyrical music in the form of piano pieces. Frederic Chopin’s Barcarolle, Op.60, in F-sharp major, is regarded as a masterpiece of Romantic piano music by both historians and performers.This dissertation is based on Frederic Chopin’s Barcarolle, Op.60. The full dissertation is divided into4chapters:Chapter Ⅰ:The origin and application of Barcarolle. Barcarolle is an ancient human activity singing musical form. In the late17th century to the early18th century,"Barcarolle" was first appeared in some of opera’s score. Some of the romantic opera composers were already ripe with romantic images of life in Venice and produced their works. Since the18th century, Barcarolle appeared as a professional music genre and get a larger epidemic.The composers developed Barcarolle, and boarded its scope from the vocal music to solo piano.Chapter Ⅱ:Frederic Chopin’s Barcarolle, Op.60, in F-sharp major. Research the " Barcarolle in F sharp major, Op.60". With brief review of the Chopin’s creative career and composing background. Carried out a detailed analysis of "Barcarolle", from the form of the structure and tune layout of the music, the rhythm composition characteristics, the melodic structure patterns, the texture patterns, harmonies and other aspects. Try to generalize the facts that how Chopin created this barcarolle with his personal characteristics.Chapter Ⅲ:Chopin’s bararolle, in F major impacted on later generations. Compared with the keyboard barcarolle which are producted by the Chopin contemporary composers, and try to identify some of the inheritance relationship between these works and Chopin’s Barcarolle. Chapter Ⅳ:Playing techniques. As a large single movement work in Cho pin’s later period, playing techniques and grasping style is the core of interpret ation of Chopin Barcarolle. Including the correct method of key touch、legato、 ornament、pedal、the levers of melody、rubato and so on. So the purpose of researching this project is to enrich the domestic vacancy on this piece, and ca n provide a theoretical basis for guiding performance and teaching.
