Algorithmic composition is a new development in computer music recently years. Itis a creation form by means of programming to generate and control music. It can realize acomposer’s rigorous creative idea via various platforms and enable music to have endlessdevelopment possibility. Pitch, rhythm and dynamics are always three important elements duringthe course of music creation. This paper takes the above three elements as the object of study onthe base of music programming software Max and begins with Algorithm’s thinking model. Itbuilds the module to conduct an experiment and discusses how to realize computer music’s“personification”.
