This research is based on the allegro of the last phase of Yuan Dynasty to the beginning of Ming Dynasty,to investigate the subject matter soures,artisry and themes of the allegro.The main content is:The first chapter mainly discusses the subject matter sources of allegro in the last phase of Yuan Dynasty to the beginning of Ming Dynasty.from mythological legends.historical allusions.folklores,jokes and anthropomorphic allegory in detail.The second chapter comprehensively discusses the entire layout of the allegro in the phase,which has been devided into the structural layouts, the structural genres and the placement of morals in the allegro.The third chapter details the arguement strategy and means of artistic expression in the allegro in the phase,which explains the authors’arguement aim and to reveal the uniqueness in the arty.The fourth chapter expounds on the theme from Confucianism benevolent and Neo_Confucianism,which can be deeply understanded the authors’thoughts.The fifth chapter aims to confirm the allegory characteristic and historical rolein the last phase of Yuan Dynasty to the beginning of Ming Dynasty,by analysising its inheritance and development of allegory tradition.Thereby conform the status of the stage’s allegro in the Chinese allegro history and their literatural values and influences upon the literature of later dynasties.
