Purpose: Clear the "toxic" concept, sort out the "toxic" origin, explore the "toxic" sources and distinctbetween "toxic" species;Explore the etiology and pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of pathogenic toxinthe of acute coronary syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine treatment and put forward a new method to make full use of Chinese traditional medicine in the prevention and treatment of the advantages and characteristics in treating difficult disease syndrome, and provide a theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute coronary artery.Materials and methods: Through checking literature, reading classics, clinical trials, based on the theory of Chinese medicineand combined with the tutor’s clinical experience, draw lessons from Ye Tianshi "in the camp it diathermy gas treatment”, through poison out, opendrug and toxin disorder, make the direct effect of drugs on the toxin. On the treatment of acute coronary syndrome from the" poison ". Research contents are as follows:1 Researchof the "toxic"1.1 "poison" meaning and origin1.2 "poison" pathogenic characteristics1.3 Relationship between "poison" and acute coronary syndrome2 using the "inducing Ying heat into Qi phase" to treat acute coronary syndrome from the "poison"2.1 Etiology and pathogenesis of acute coronary syndrome2.2 “inducing Ying heat into Qi phase”thought overview2.3The treatmentof acute coronary syndrome from the "poison"Results:1. Toxic devides into exogenous endogenous and acute coronary is syndrome endogenous toxin. Cold invasion, improper diet, emotional disorders, Laojuan internal injuries and old and empty are allthe incentive for the occurrence of the disease, which is also the basis to produce toxin.Poor blood and viscera dysfunction resultin "cold", "phlegm", "Yu" and "hot",which have mutual cementation, recurrent and refractory characteristics and the certificate is the virtual real.2. Acute coronary syndrome is based in Qi, blood, yin and yang deficiencyofthe heartor liver, spleen, lung and kidney disorders and "cold", "phlegm", "blood", "heat" and other pathological product resistance in heart meridian, mutual cementate, which lead to refractory protracted illness and endanger patients’ life. Therefore, the use of the idea of Ye Tianshi “inducing Ying heat into Qi phase” and from Perspective of the "toxic" treatment, through poison out, get through the barrier between the drug and toxintodirect effects of the drug on toxin in order to treatacute coronary syndrome.Conclusion:1. Heart vessel blockage, liver, spleen, lung and kidney function disorders are the basis of acute coronary syndrome. "Cold", "phlegm" and "stasis", "hot" toxin are stasis of heart meridian, which are the main factorsleading to disease abrupt, variable proliferationand protraction. Phlegm, blood stasis and heat are mutual cementate which is the pathological basis of acute coronary syndrome and plays a dominant role in onset. It is the virtual real andactual inclusion in the card.2. The use of “inducing Ying heat into Qi phase”thought to treatacute coronary syndromefrom "poison". In a similar way to break the barriers between Ying and Wei,through poison out and through the barrier between the drug and toxin, the drug’s direct effects on toxinto achieve therapeutic purposes. It provides theoretical basisfor treat acute coronary syndrome using TCM therapy and expand new ideas to treat acute coronary syndrome.
