Purpose:This study by observing the relevant clinical indicators, the relationship between the occurrence and blood cell parameters of blood stasis syndrome in type 2 diabetic microvascular complications. Blood stasis syndrome differentiation of type 2 diabetes and provide objective indicators, and provide early prevention and treatment of diabetic microvascular complications and ideas.Material and Method: 178 type 2 diabetes mellitus with blood stasis syndrome were selected and included in the standard, according to the exclusion criteria and excluding criteria to remove 19 cases, 159 cases were final. In order to make the group according to the occurrence of microvascular complications, the microvascular complication group and the non complication group. Collect and record the basic situation of patients, such as gender, age, course of disease. After admission first blood routine( hematocrit, mean corpuscular volume, red cell distribution width, platelet hematocrit, platelet count and mean platelet volume). Statistical analysis using SPSS17.0 software, count data using X2 test, measurement data using single factor analysis of variance test. A preliminary correlation analysis.Results:1.In the collection of 159 cases, microvascular complication group and non complication group compared two groups of age, duration of difference(P < 0.05), comparable; no difference in gender(P>0.05).2. In terms of red blood cell parameters, micro vascular complications was red blood cell hematocrit(HCT) higher, with and without complication group contrast, with statistical significance(P < 0.05); mean corpuscular volume(MCV), red cell distribution width(RDW) were than high complication group, and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.In terms of the platelet parameter, microvascular complication group of platelet count(PLT), platelet hematocrit(PCT) compared with non complication group decreased, but they are not statistically significant difference(P > 0.05); complication group of mean platelet volume(MPV) and no complication group compared to the increased, and has statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The incidence of microvascular complications in type 2 diabetes mellitus with blood stasis was related to the age and course of disease. No correlation with gender.2.The incidence of blood stasis syndrome in type 2 diabetes mellitus is related to the hematocrit, mean corpuscular volume and the distribution of the red blood cell.3.Type 2 diabetes mellitus, blood stasis syndrome, the incidence of complications related to the average volume of blood platelet, and platelet hematocrit, platelet count no correlation.
