Clinical Observation On The Recovery Of ERCP Treated By Ultrasound Drug Delivery

Purpose:To discuss the influence of the external application of medicine ion introduction through acupiont in the prevention and treatment of complications following endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) and operation to take out the stones.Material and method:150 patients in the department of TCM and the Endoscope Department at the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Area From Jan, 2013 to Dec, 2015, were diagnosed as common bile duct stones by ultrasound, CT, MRCP, EST, calculus removed with contraindication of the machine and not complete examination and treatment as planned.According to the Excel divided them into 3 groups on randomly.They are the group of traditional Chinese medicine paster、the group of antiphlogosis paster and the group of contrast.Every group have 50 patients.Their are 30 male and 20 female in the group of traditional Chinese medicine paster,the average age is 56.3;28 male and 22 female in the group of antiphlogosis paster,the average age is 55.7;23 male and 27 female in the group of contrast,the average age is 56.6.Every group have different disposition.Observe the liver function、the index of pancreatitis、blood routine、symptom and sign and the days in hospital of 3 groups,and therefore to analyze and discuss.Results:The three groups of patients were obviously improved than before in main clinical symptoms,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the group of contrast,the group of traditional Chinese medicine paster and the group of antiphlogosis paster were obviously improved in ALP、GGT、AMS、Lipase(P<0.05).And compared with the group of antiphlogosis paster,the group of traditional Chinese medicine paster was better in ALP、GGT、AMS、Lipase(P<0.05).But the group of antiphlogosis paster was better in blood routine examination than the group of traditional Chinese medicine paster(P<0.05).And compared with the group of contrast,the group of traditional Chinese medicine paster and the group of antiphlogosis paster were obviously improved in temperature、sign of abdomen、the level of stained yellow of skin and mucous membrane(P<0.05).And the group of traditional Chinese medicine paster was better in symptoms and signs than the group of antiphlogosis paster(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of regular medicine to add medicine ion introduction through acupiont for the patients after ERCP can promote the recover of ALP、GGT、AMS、Lipase、blood routine examination、symptoms and signs.It provide the evidence for shortening time and decreasing cost in hospital.Moreover traditional Chinese medicine can clearing away heat evil and promoting diuresis and normalizing the gallbladder function to treat jaundice,at the same time can stimulate gallbladder shrink and Odis sphincter relax to promote the secretion and excretion of bile.So it was better in recover of ALP、GGT、AMS、Lipase than the group of antiphlogosis paster.But the group of antiphlogosis paster was better in anti-infection,so it can promote the recover of the blood routine examination quickly.
