Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Type Ⅱ Jaundice Hepatitis With Huoxue Qushi

Purpose:To observe the effect of method activating blood and removing dampness on chornic hepatitis B with jaundice,choosing a clinical curative treatment and prescription for chornic hepatitis with jaundice and providing an objective basis.Material and method:The 73 patient of chornic hepatitis B with jaundice were divided into treatment group and control group by using random number table grouping.Two groups were given the same foundation treatment with compound glycyhizin glucoside piece and adefovir ester.Treatment group add in activating blood and removing dampness prescription.Observing the improving situation of clinical efficacy,efficacy of TCM syndromes,liver function(TBIL、DBIL、IBIL、ALP、GGT、AST、ALT)Results:1.Efficacy situation:Total effective rate of treatment group is 83.78%,control group is 77.78%(P>0.05),two groups have the same efficacy.Total effective rate of treatment group is 89.19%, control group is 75%(P<0.05),the efficacy of treatment group is better than control group. 2. Improving situation of liver function:Two groups both can effectively improve TBIL、DBIL、IBIL、ALP、GGT、AST、ALT(P<0.05),the efficacy of treatment group improving TBIL、DBIL、IBIL is better than control group. 3.Improving situation of TCM syndromes:?Two groups both can effectively improve abdominal fullness and distention,thirsty drink less,eat less anorexia,rib pain,heavy sensation in the limbs and body,nausea vomiting(P<0.05),and the efficacy of treatment group improving abdominal fullness and distention is better than control group.?treatment group can effectively improve loose stools uncomfortable,dark red tongue with ecchymosis and petechiae,hiding fever,body and eyes yellow.Conclusion:The method of activating blood and removing dampness with compound glycyhizin glucoside piece and adefovir ester can effectively improve clinical efficacy,efficacy of TCM syndromes of chornic hepatitis B with jaundice.It can imprve liver function of patient,especilly in reducing bilirubin.
