Correlation Analysis Of Bone Metastasis And Its Clinicopathological Factors In Breast Cancer

Purpose: Collecting BC 168 cases of postoperative patients with bone metastases clinical pathology data, to understand the clinical characteristics and rules; clinical pathology factors in particular the expression level of bone metastasis BC immunohistochemical factors.Material and method:Collection of Shenyang Region General Hospital in January 2010-January 2015 of 168 breast cancer patients with bone metastases, applicating histogram, line graph expression of bone metastases patients with clinical pathological variables and trends graph.Through the Pearson X2, Spearman rank correlation Logisitc and multiple factors regression analysis found that affecting bone metastasis factors of clinical pathology.The control group using ZOL treatment of 39 cases,theexperimental group joint Yanshu treatment in the control group on the basis of 41 cases.Compareing the differences in bone pain efficacy, activity function obstacle, lesions curative effect and adverse reactions of two groups.Results: 1.Good location, in turn, is lumbar thoracic vertebra, pelvis, ribs, etc, transfer parts mainly happens, dissolve osseous lesions. 2. Bone metastasis is related to pathological types, ER, clinical staging,etc, has nothing to do with age, menstruation,etc. 3.The aspects of pain efficacy, Yanshu joint ZOL than single drug therapy, between the two groups the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Two groups at the event dysfunction, lesion efficacy and adverse reactions, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: 1.
