Study On The Application Of Bupleurum In Dermatology And The Depression Of Skin Diseases

Objective To explore the application of Chaihu and Chaihu Decotion Family in the treatment of dermatosis, summarize the indications, and discuss the general hospital dermatology outpatient treatment present situation.Methods The first part, use "Chinese medical classics" retrieval in ancient books on surgical about Chaihu and Chaihu Decotion Family in the treatment of dermatoses, and the provisions of Chaihu; in CNKI retrieval modern literature about Chaihu and Chaihu Decotion Family in the treatment of dermatoses; analyze ancient literature and modern literature, sum up the principle of Chaihu and Chaihu Decotion Family application. The second part, use PHQ-9 questionnaire to evaluate the outpatient department of dermatology in 188 patients, analyze the relationship between the positive rate of depression and gender, lesion location, accompanying symptoms, duration of the diseases.Results In the first part, Chaihu and Chaihu Decotion Family are widely used in the treatment of skin diseases, the selection principle for the combination of differentiation of symptoms and signs of skin lesions on the basis of overall syndrome, Chaihu could leads herbs towards hand foot Shao Yang, Jue Yin meridian, so, the lesions and evils in the hand foot Shao Yang, Jue yin meridians, we could use Chaihu and Chaihu Decotion Family to treat the patients who have psychological disorders; Dermatoses and liver have a closed relationship; emotion is an important factor that aggravating and causing dermatoses; treatment of dermatoses should pay close attention to the patients’ mental state. In the second part, the results reveal that the 183 patients with dermatoses,116 cases of depression in patients with positive and depression positive rate was 63.4%. The positive rate of depression in patients with female than male patients. The lesions distribution in systemic or exposed parts, accompanied by symptoms of pruritus and longer course of disease in patients with high positive rate.Conclusion Chaihu and Chaihu Decotion Family are widely used in dermatology treatment, not only in the lesional skin treatment, but also improving systemic symptoms have exact curative effect, in the skin disease caused by psychological factors also has good curative effect, in patients with depression and anxiety have good therapeutic effect. The incidence rate of mental disorders was high, but the recognition rate was low. Depression in patients with positive multi by somatic symptoms complained, longer course, lesions of area wide, female patients occurred risk of depressive disorder more than others. Physicians must take measures to improve the recognition rate of mood disorder. Moreover, we have reason to believe that the application of Chaihu and Chaihu Decotion Family on the treatment of patients with mental disorders associated with dermatoses, that will have a certain effect.
