Soothing liver qi is the core. Tonic the spleen and kidney is also commonly used.During adjuvant therapy period,tonic the spleen and kidney is the main treatment to to the consolidate the immunity of human and relieve a variety of adverse reactions caused by adjuvant therapy.During consolidation and palliative care period,we should Adjust the ratio of the treatment of the liver and spleen and kidney based on the changing of yin-yang balance to educe the recurrence rate,prolong the survival time,improve the quality of life of patients.The third part is mainly discuss the clinical experiences and the application of professor Hao Yingxu in using traditional Chinese medicine to treat breast cancer.I collect 164 prescriptions of patients with breast cancer who treated by professor Hao Yingxu during July,2015 to December,2015 while she works in oncology department of China-Japan Friendship Hospital.So that to find out the commonly used traditional Chinese medicine.Barley,indica,turtleshell,unpredictableson,prunella,bulbifera,hives,dogwood,bolbost emma,duchesnea are commonly used medicine and detoxifying,tonifying,dredge liver qi,circulating blood,soothing the nerves,enhancing appitite treatments are commonly used by professor Hao Yingxu while treating breast cancer patients.Professor Hao Yingxu thinks that the lack of righteousness is the fundamental pathogenesis and the dysfunction of the liver,spleen and kidney is an important pathogenesis of breast cancer.Phlegm,toxin and blood stasis are pathological products and also promote the development of the disease.,and emotional factors play an important role in it,too.While treating we should follow the basic principles of strengthening body resistance and get rid of disease.Improve immunity,adjust blood circulation,pay attention to Adjusting the liver,spleen and kidney,applicate detoxification,circulating blood and dispelling dampness and phlegm flexiblely.Valuating releasing mood and coordinate with modern medicine treatment to educe the recurrence rate,prolong the survival time,improve the quality of life of the patients.
