Clinical Observation Of Physical Susceptibility In Patients With Primary Chronic

Background:The "kidney collateral micro-zhengjia" theory which is proposed by profe-ssor Lu Renhe,explains the development and prognosis of chronic kidney disease from the perspective of the traditional Chinese medicine.On the basis of the above,Professor Wang Yaoxian think that the Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is divided into five layers and pathogenesis, one of which is "physical mechanism"。It argues that different constitution can leads to different pathogens, different diseases, complications, syndromes, symptoms, and influence the outcome of the disease’s prognosis.Studies have shown that Chronic nephritis is the most common reason leading to the Chronic kidney disease (CKD), and it’s morbidity has been gradually increasing.The disease happens hiddenly and develops continuously,finally leading to chronic renal insufficiency,which prognosis is poor,causing serious damage to human’s health and life.Constitution is the steady state of the structure, function and psychological aspects,on the basis of inherent qualities and nutrition.It can adjust to the environment.Many studies have shown that biased constitution is closely related to early Chronic kidney disease’s the development, treatment and prognosis. Objective:Under the guidance of The kidney collateral micro-zhengjia" theory,we discussthe chronic nephritis’s constitution susceptibility, and analyze different physical complications, syndrome,symptoms,guiding the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of chronic nephritis. Methods:120 patients are filled in the CRF table, finally they got a constitution’s score.UseSPSS17.0 software package for data’s statistics and processing.Count data was showed by chi-square test.P<0.05 was defined as statistically significant. Results:1.The physical distributionIn 120 patients, Qi deficiency (26%),and Yang deficiency is the most common (23%), Phlegmy wet mass (13%) and blood stasis (14%) also occupy certain proportion,.Qi depression and the great mass are rare.2.Physical distribution’s correlation with general situationIn terms of gender, Qi deficiency and Blood stasis can happen more wen than women. and others did not see obvious difference. To qi deficiency, men account for 32.35%,women accounted for 68.74%.To Blood stasis, men account for 23.5%, women account for 76.5%.But Qi deficiency(P=0.098)and Blood stasis(P=0.09)are not statistically significant.Differences are not found in physique and age.Physical fitness are mostly distributed in short duration from 0 to 5 years of, Phlegmy wet mass proportion of overweight/obesity, blood stasis patients more,81.25% and 64.27%.But phlegm wet mass(P=0.046) and blood stasis(P=0.054)are not statistically significant.In 25 patients with high blood pressure, Yin deficiency occupies 8 cases, accounting for 32%;phlegm wet mass occupies 7 cases, accounting for 28%.Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency are rare.In terms of the incidence of the cold, Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency are the highest, others are rare.3.Physical distribution’s correlation with common symptoms of chronic nephritisMalaise mainly appears in the Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency.Lumbago almost appears in every constitution,in addition to Yin deficiency.Edema mainly comes from Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency.Besides,we can find Edema in Blood stasis.the increasing of pee appears in Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency and Dampness-heat constitution.4.Physical distribution’s correlation with common clinical index of chronic nephritisYin deficiency (90.91%) and Dampness-heat constitution (80.00%)more likely appears cruenturesis,others is low.In terms of urinary red blood cell’s number, Yin deficiency and Dampness-heat constitution are higher. Yang deficiency more likely appears a large amount of protein (50%), other constitutions more likely appears light or moderate protein.phlegm wet mass and Blood stasis have a higher level of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen.no significant difference happens in blood uric acid.Research conclusions:1.Patients suffering from chronic nephritis mainly have virtual constitution (Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency), solid constitution also not rarely seen (Phlegm wet mass,Blood stasis).2.Patients suffering from chronic nephritis exist physical susceptibility.Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency are more likely to suffer from chronic nephritis.In addition to Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency,Blood stasis also often appears edema.Phlegm wet mass and Yin deficiency are more likely to suffer from hypertension.Dampness-heat constitution and Yin deficiency are more likely to appear cruenturesis.Yang deficiency are more likely to appear a large number of protein.To Blood stasis and Phlegm wet mass,renal damage is more serious.
