For E-cadherin, alpha Snail, a-SMA, FSP-1 protein expression, high dose group compared with the induced group, there was significant statistical significance (P< 0.01).4、through multi factor variance analysis, the expression of a-SMA, snail, E-cadherin, Smad2, Smad3, Smad7 mRNA, at 48h, high Chang group compared with induction group, both have statistical significance (P< 0.01), a-SMA, snail, E-cadherin, Smad2, Smad3, Smad7 egg white expression, at 48h, high Chang group compared with induction group, both have statistical significance (P< 0.01).Conclusion and significance:1 can induce HK-2 cells EMT, Huayu Jiangzhuo decoction can inhibit the occurrence of HK-2 after EMT cell proliferation, showing a dose-response relationship, experiments show that Huayu Jiangzhuo Decoction to the expression of E-cadherin, Smad2, Smad7 protein and TGF-gene increased HK-2 beta 1 induced cells, reduce alpha-SMA, Smad3, Snail protein and gene expression, three with the dose increased, the expression intensity changes, showing a dose-response relationship, while E-cadherin, α-SMA, Smad2, Smad3 alpha, Smad7 beta, Snail is the TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway in key protein, showed that Huayu Jiangzhuo decoction may be the key the TGF-β/Smad signal pathway in HK-2 cells in to inhibit or even reverse the transdifferentiation of renal tubular epithelial cells, can reverse EMT, so the tubulointerstitial fibrosis has protective effect, So as to achieve the purpose of protecting renal function.
