Background and purpose:the prognosis of acute brain stroke score (model) has many effects.But must evaluate the prognostic model before clinical application of authenticity, reliability and clinical application value.SOAR execution scoring system recently published in the prognosis of acute stroke model has been some research abroad confirm better aderse outcome of stroke has a good ability to predict, is not popularized in clinical application.This research USES two of the three levels of first-class hospital neurology clinical data of patients with cerebral apoplexy, to SOAR execution scoring system (model) to study the feasibility of clinical application, aims to understand the clinical value of the model at home.Methods:in February 2013-February 2013, the third people’s hospital in dalian in dalian friendship hospital neurology hospital to register as a prospective hospitalized patients with cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage,For registration of 215 patients were prospectively collected, SOAR execution score record of the use of four variable information, including the type of stroke (S), the classification of the Oxfordshire community stroke (O), age, disability level before (A) and stroke score (R) prediction in patients with acute stroke incidence after 7 days and 14 days after onset of poor prognosis, application sample data on 7th day after stroke, stroke after 14 functional disability scores (mRS score of 3 or higher) and death aderse outcome is defined as the events;By logistic regression model to judge the SOAR execution score predictive value;Analyze and judge the model by using rank and total score value is associated with poor prognosis.Results:7 days and 14 days after stroke in patients with poor prognosis respectively 47 cases (21.8%) and 56 cases (26.4%),23 cases died (10.6%).According to the logistic model can verify:SOAR execution score that patients with acute cerebral apoplexy pathogenesis 7 days and 14 days of poor prognosis risk; According to rank and analysis of the correlation coefficient, certainly SOAR execution of the variable sum total score is strongly associated with 7 days,14 days after stroke, the correlation coefficient of 0.670,0.676, respectively.
