Research On Clustering Algorithms In Gene Expression Data Analyzing

This paper introduces bioinformatics, gene chip technique and data mining briefly. Then some representative and principal algorithms of clustering analysis are studied. After analyzing the deficiency of the traditional K-means algorithm in analyzing and handling gene expression data, two algorithms that associate with the computational intelligence FCM and GKA are discussed. Lastly, the three algorithms are realized and applied to the clustering analysis of gene expression data. Then their performance are compared using experiment data .
