To save the acquiring time in Direct Spread Spectrum System, the paper presents a novel idea of using an auxiliary signal, as opposed to the pseudonoise signal itself, for correlation with the incoming signal to quickly estimate the phase of the incoming PN sequence. At the same time, it provides a kind of new DS/SS base on the simulating software of the Simulink of the Matlab. With it, we integrality presents the synchronization process in DS/SS. At last, we elementarily examine the anti-noise ability and the temporal performance of the new arithmetic in the new system. The results of the simulation indicate the new arithmetic can normally work under the normal noise environment, and can greatly save the acquiring time without increasing the hardware complexity. Chapter 1 summarizes the keystone of the DS/SS and refers to the key problem of its synchronization technique. Chapter 2 mainly deals with the new synchronization arithmetic using the auxiliary sequence in DS/SS, and estimates the temporal performance with the Markov theory. Then it provides the simulating figure as the consequence. Chapter 3 constructs the whole DS/SS using new arithmetic with Simulink. Particularly, we design some special new module to meet the need of the new arithmetic. Chapter 4 discuss the performance of the new arithmetic with the constructed system in Chapter 3. At last, we elementary acquire the performance parameters of the new system.
