With the rapid development of Web technology, data retrieved from Internet by users begin to be characterized as huge, distributed, dynamic and non-structural. It is impending demand for users to provide individualized information services from web information. And the research based on individualized web technology and users' accessing patterns is significant to construct and develop the sites of web.On the other hand, with the popularization of Internet services based on Web, the secure authentication problem of web servers becomes more and more important. The relative independence of the authentication mechanism for single web server results in the following situation: one user must input various account-information in order to enter the corresponding services systems for visiting resources in different systems. With the emergence of distributed web condition, the research on unified authentication methods in multi web environment has important significance.Firstly, the author puts forward a model on web personal information mining and applies it to the individualized service system in digital library called as "My Library". We propose the users' interesting rules of implicit profiling using the association-rules mining algorithm. Then the implicit interesting records are recommended to the users and accomplish the individualized service. It points out the difficulties of web logs mining, which need to prepare the original log data, associate them with the multi tables in the database and design the effective algorithm for the prepared mining data.Furthermore, based on the technologies of cryptography and authentication, this thesis proposes the transmittal and transform of user's identity in security domain by the identities-assurance mechanism and identity-mapping mechanism, solves the problems of trust management and trust search in the network of the campus. This thesis discusses the design on a mending single sign-on system for new added web servers, and puts forward an intelligent authentication proxy model under the multi-web circumstance according to the existed authentication structure of web servers. This model can help the users to complete a complex operation just after signing on once to the environment, which is platform-independent and has open architecture and good extensibility. It can easily be integrated with existed systems of local area network.Finally, in term of the techniques and theories above-mentioned, this thesis accomplishes the model in the project-Research of Digital Library Individualized Web Service and One-Station Sign On. And we primarily realize the design of My Library and IPAM (Intelligent Proxy Authentication Model) in the research using the technologies such as JAVA, C++, ASP.NET, etc.
