The present issue to be solved is the security problem of mobile agent system, Nowadays, the research about this system's security is mainly focused on the mobile agent's communication, server's resources' security of mobile agent system and mobile agent's self security, in allusion to thereinto MA certificate issue on base of analysis and research on mobile Agent system this paper goes deep into disciss the feasibility of mobile Agent security certificate, knowledge related to ASN.l code and X.509v3 digital signature standard basic format by using X.509v3 digital signature in PKI technique . Make analysis of realization of remote method invocation (RMI) of JAVA language used by a mobile agent system, and the composing structure, and anaylse of security issue of mobile agent system facing and bring forward sovling model. And bring forward a S-P-PKI authentication project blending symmetry algorithm and asymmetry encryption, using the speediness and high effection of symmetry encryption algorithm, and the character of high security and secret key's easy to distribute of asymmetry carry through security certificate between mobile Agents or between host computers, other objects and entities, realize the core part programme to validate the validity of above mobile Agent secuity certificate system..
