Design And Implement Of The ERP System Based On Multi-Language And Multi-Tier Architecture

With the accession to the WTO of our country and arrival of global economic integration, the internationalized level of China is higher and higher. Meanwhile, the demand for enterprise resources planning (ERP) of the enterprises in our country is strengthened day by day too. Aimfor the actual situation of domestic and international enterprises, on the basis of inheritting characteristics of original ERP, this thesis has designed and developed the New-type ERP system adopted the Multi-Tier Architecture on structure and with style of Multi-Language on the interface.Dot NET'S IDE that Microsoft bringouted has solved globalized in software development effectively, and Multi-language is an important part in Microsoft Dot NET globalization. It is can be said a new break-through again to ERP for haveing fully used Dot NET's resource file, sub-procedure and ResourceManager to realize the function of Multi-Language, and applied it to the ERP system in the thesis. While introducing the thoughts of Multi-Language to the ERP system, this thesis also used another important technology namely Multi-Tier Architecture. It is another characteristic of the thesis.Increase rapidly of demand of MIS of enterprises that caused the traditional of c/s structure exposes gradually such as not good at retractile and hardly maintain etc. According to those many disadvantages of MIS, the principle of multi-tier architecture arises at the historic moment, which segment ERP system into four different tiers, it includes display tier, business logic tier, data access tier and data tier in the thesis. Then use UML of O-O, which can construct flexible ERP model. Using .NET technology to have edited high flexible code, this enables to achieve ERP system. At last, the example of how to apply process of IMS in the ERP system which provided in this thesis.The adoption of Multi-Tier Architecture reduce the handness of ERP in upgrading and safeguarding greatly. Adopted Multi-Tier Architecture can share data in LAN or even Internet. While, the function of Multi-Language in system is innovation for the development of ERP trade. It would lead for deeply influence to ERP products' design and development in the future.The ERP system combined two technologies-Multi-Language and Multi-TierArchitecture suits domestic enterprises and quite attractive to the international market, having important acceptation in improving the competitiveness in the international economical tide of ERP trade in China.
