Uncertainty of national standard parameter based on NTN technology is discussed detailedly in the dissertation. The main concerns of this dissertation are as follows: uncertainty factors analysis of kick-out response pulse, measurement methods and calculation methods of main uncertainty factors, uncertainty transfer process of data processing algorithms, and combined uncertainty assessment. To be in more detail, the dissertation is presented as the following parts. Firstly, uncertainty factors of kick-out response pulse are researched minutely. Main factors, including measurement repeatability, connection repeatability, NTN assertion, NTN repeatability, time jitter effect, adapter effect and time drift effect, are confirmed. Based on the above research, uncertainties are measured and calculated. Secondly, the data processing methods, including Fast Fourier Transformation Algorithm, Inverse Fast Fourier Transformation Algorithm, removing jitter filter, deconvolution filter, subtraction, division, square algorithm, histogram algorithm and linear insert algorithm, are researched according to the calculating process of transition duration and bandwidth of single scope. The uncertainty transportation process is analyzed at length. Finally, the uncertainties of single scope's transition duration and bandwidth are estimated according to ISO guide.
