With the development of mobile communication and the rapidly increasing number of Internet users, more and more people hope to access Internet by a mobile terminal in a wireless way while moving in order to acquire the needed information. The integration of mobile communication and Internet leads to the appearance of mobile wireless Internet. In the mobile wireless Internet environment, mobile hosts' handoff between neighboring cells will lead to interruption of communication and loss of packets, which brings great influence on users' QoS. So finding an effective strategy to guarantee users' QoS has become a research hotspot in the mobile wireless Internet field.Mobility prediction, rerouting and QoS negotiation together make up of the strategy that guarantees users' QoS in mobile wireless Internet. However, existing rerouting mechanisms have many shortcomings, such as high handoff delay and signaling overhead, low resource utilization and bad QoS guarantee and so on. In this paper, recent researches on mobility prediction, rerouting and QoS negotiation are introduced first. The research mainly focuses on the rerouting mechanisms. Taking features of users' handoff into account and based on the topology characteristics of mobile wireless Internet, a reverse rerouting mechanism is proposed. Because QoS based routing is a NP-complete problem, fuzzy theory is used to solve the hardness and a heuristic QoS rerouting mechanism based on fuzzy routing and routes judgement is proposed. To verify the feasibility and evaluate the performance of the proposed mechanisms, a simulated model is created and. encoded in NS2 simulating platform. And then, the results of the simulation are analyzed, showing that the proposed mechanisms are effective.
