The Research Of The Management System Of Human Resource Modeling Under The ERP Environment Based On UML

The Unified Modeling Language is a kind of object-oriented language. We can develop Enterprise resource planning system efficiently asking for the strong capacity of UML. In this thesis, We introduce the modeling process and the key techniques of ERP system modeling based on UML.The object-oriented software modeling technology is the software modeling technology which is combined with the object-oriented concept. The Unified Modeling Language is the object-oriented software modeling language used most widely. UML is a standard modeling language for the software blueprint. UML is adapted to every software-developing method, every application field and every developing tool. It is a standard modeling method which absorbs the advantage of the existing modeling methods and research achievement.Based on the introduction of the object-oriented software modeling methods, this thesis analyzes the traditional software modeling technology and UML, researches the characters of the modeling technology based on UML. modeling methods, compares the characters of the traditional software modeling with the modeling technology based on UML and analyzes these, and researches the adaptive software developing process suited UML deeply.Based on management system of human resource under the ERP environment, this thesis pays the most attention to how to use UML to model and analyze the management subsystem. The management subsystem is modeled and analyzed in the aspects of requirement definition, system analyze, system design and system realization.Because of using UML, the process of this system's development became more formal and faster. The practice proved the modeling technology based on UML was a good technology with the modeling of ERP.
