It become more difficult problem for genetic consultation. Therefore we try to build genetic professional database that doesn't be exploited by careerman. At the same time we will use it to achieve genetic searches and consultation. We select Visual Foxpro6.0 to exploit database, which is base on concrete assignment. The software can achieve our all assignment. We can improve genetic searches and consultation efficiency by this database. it is composed of table list,table,word and excel documentation. we consider conveniency,simpleness during searches and consultation so we predigest manipulation in the large degree. Therefore consumer can favorably use this database. This database is composed of genetic information database and genetic consultation database. genetic information database add OMIM ,NCBI and GBD database's content. In result 1000 genentic dieases are input our database and classified by system. it is sum up forteen systems such as cardiovascular system,blood system ,digestive system ,respiratory system ,urinary system,genital system ,endocrine system ,nervous system ,psychonosema and genentics ,skeketal system and connective tissue ,department of ophthalmology ,nasopharynx and throat,skin genetic disease and tumour. It offer genetic searches and all kinds of genetic pathogenesis ,clinical ,diagnose ,prevention and cure. Genetic consultation database can determine genetic manier and calculate recurrent risk. The database involve inputing,revising,genetic searches and consultation as well as system explaination. We design inputing,revising,mimeograph,resume function in inputing and revising interface . It can use windows cut,copy,stick to input new genetic disease and revise inherent store. At the same time information can be mimeographed. The database store 1000 kinds major information of genetic diseases .At the same time it can link with OMIM,GDB and GeneD database in the internet. Moreover the database makes use of opening date recording so that we can continuously expand content. Enquiry is composed of system enquiry and keywords enquiry. System enquiry classify genetics as disease group ,disease style ,disease second-style and disease. Consumer can enquire from disease group to disease by put-button.
