Research Of Multimedia Signal QoS In WLAN

This paper researched the question of network QoS to multimedia business.First discussed the wireless network's characteristics from the point of network. Disscussed all the main technical problem involved. Then analyzed the demands of network transmission from the point of multimedia technology.sum up and quantified these demands. The core of this paper discussed is WLAN QoS.To this, the article discussed IEEE802.11 standard first.pointed out the limitation of QoS to realtime task and analyzed several improveved projects that have put forward. To the solution of concrete problem.this paper have not bring forward complete projiect, but have made analysis and compare to some way with a project conceive for platform. Finally, the paper introduced the basic concept and main technology methods of the new hot point of wireless netmork—-Ad Hoc network and discussed the problem and solve method in practicing QoS.
