Free Space optical is free of application for permit of frequency resource, has the features of low expenses in setup and maintenance of the network and quick setting up of the loop. It is free of loop lease expenses. Free Space optical shows a great expectation. All of the main countries in the world are researching expressly on it, hoping to climb to the summit of free space optical technology.The channel of free space optical is the free space. So it is easily influenced by outside, especially such influences caused by rain and fog will make the channel loss and background noise changed greatly, a very serious problem to the telecommunication quality.
