In the process of the informational construction of electric power industry, there are a great deal of historical data which cry for decision support system using technology of data mining,and it will be used to resolve the pivotal and extrusive question. This paper compares and analyses data mining algorithm, discusses Bayesian Network arithmetic and GRA(Grey Relational algorithm),and MSBN(multiply sectioned Bayesian Network ) algorithm that remedy the shortage of general Bayesian Network algorithm, and ameliorate Grey Relational algorithm. Bayesian Network reasoning Technology which is used to reliability analysis of electric network in power system can well show the random uncertainty and dependence of the variable and can carry on uncertain reasoning , The improved GRA which is used to analyzing life of electric power facility and forecasting electric load can overcome the shortcoming of the traditional probability analyse which is too complex and tedious and wasteful.
