The purpose of this thesis is to research on effect of atmospheric random channel to optical communication. Atmosphere laser communication system as an awfully good wireless communication technology, since the laser occurred, numerous scholars make the research on theories and practice, the key point whether turn it into actuality or not and expand application is that whether can overcome the effect of climatic factor or not, so as to realize the current situation of laser communication in atmosphere. Therefore, it is very important to experimental measurement to far-field optical spot of atmospheric random channel, which can be passed by laser.According to this purpose, we did the experimental measurement in line-of-sight laser link under different weather conditions, gave the experimental results under different weather conditions, at the same time analyzed and discussed it in detail. While we obtain a great quantity of data in experiment, it presents the strong reliance to further establish atmosphere random channel model.The effect of laser transportation to atmospheric channel, the scheme option of laser facula measurement, the design and realization of data acquisition system, outsideexperimental measurement under different weather conditions, experimental results and measuring errors ect are discussed in detail in this paper.
